After more than one year of pilot program, CCTF China Children Insurance Foundation (CCIF) was officially established on April 9, 2009. Selected key events are listed below.
On May 21st, 2009, the first regional full-coverage distribution of 
CCIF began in Yu County, Hebei Province.
On April 9th, 2009, CCIF released press conference on its official 
establishment in Beijing.
On March 31st, 2009, the foundation's Management Committee and 
Office are founded.
In December 2008, Mingya Caring Guardian Foundation began to 
distribute insurance cards purchased from the donation. 
In November 2008, Mingya Caring Guardian Foundation developed 
its first charity product.
In June 2008, Mingya Caring Guardian Foundation has successfully

volunteer team.

fund from the public.
In December 2007, Mingya Caring Guardian Foundation released the 
website and provided SMS platform for donation.
On December 31st, 2007, CCTF Mingya Caring Guardian Foundation 
began to recruit the sponsors.
On November 18th, 2007, CCTF Mingya Caring Guardian Foundation 
was established.
